Not enough info: What specific tests were positive/ was it just the ana? Without a complete history and exam and a complete battery of autoantibody tests it is impossible to answer your question. There are 11 diagnostic criteria for lupus.

Imaging : Any abdominal ultrasound. Possibly other imaging? Any anemia? Measured amylase, lipase, ggtp, alt, ast, kidney function?  Stool abnormalities?

i've been having a fever (99.7-100.9) every night for 4 months, i've been on humira (adalimumab) over a year for crohn's, in complete remission. negative to lupus or ra. the only other symptom i have is night sweats, and fatigue and back pain.

Fevers: this is a BIG concern. Taking Humira (adalimumab) a auto-immune suppressant weakness your immunity. You may be having an infection, and your body can not fight it because your on Humira (adalimumab). I would go to the hospital and get evaluated in the ER now.

Possible: Lupus can present itself in so many ways, one probably needs to consider it guilty until proven otherwise.  I would recommend that you call your rheumatologist ASAP.

: Polyclonal B cells means you DONT have Myeloma (“cancer” of cells in the bone marrow).

That’s good but you probably do have a rheumatologic condition (Lupus, Sjogrens, MCTD, etc, etc - there are many). See a Rheumatologist

depends: Night sweats can result from chronic infectious diseases like TB or symptoms of malignancy or hormonal imbalance or systemic inflammation. More information is needed to narrow down the causes.

No: Night sweats are just sweats at night, and day sweats are sweats in the daytime. That means any person with a febrile illness can have fever, chills, and sweats... day or night. His primary care doctor can check to see if he has one of the common illnesses that cause fevers. If getting fevers, a patient can get chills and sweats. If the Dr. doesn't see a common illness, he can investigate further.
