Looks normal to me: These values are essentially normal. A low carbohydrate diet should have no influence.

NO: Creatinine levels can fluctuate and tend to increase to a certain degree with high protein diet, creatine supplements etc. If the creatinine increase is more than 30 % then you need evaluation by nephrologist. My advise is to recheck the creatinine level after adequate hydration first.

ive been doing a very low carb diet for a long time now i eat protein and fats and all my blood tests and electrolytes have been good. i get severe muscle cramps all over my body everytime i do physical activity. can very low carb diet cause this?

: It is rather unusual  for this diet to cause this. It is a good idea to have a diet balanced in proteins, carbohydrates and fats for the body needs and uses them all. So I suggest you do that and take a multivite. If symptoms persist you would need re=evaluation for cause. Hope you feel better

It's calories, not c: It's not carbs, but calories, that determine whether you'll lose weight. A calorie is a calorie to your body, and it takes 3500 to gain or lose a pound. Eat less, exercise more and you'll be fine.

Not significant: The globulin is something we usually don't have to pay any attention to. It's blood proteins other than albumin, which is the primary blood protein. They do include the gamma globulins that are important to fight infection and can be deficient in very rare diseases. But you are describing a small change that doesnt look important.

Any food: Can cause acid to be produced by the stomach, thus causing acid reflux.
I believe that caffeinated drinks, alcohol, spicy foods can make acid reflux worse than sugary food.
Water intake, antacids and proton pump inhibitors- Omeprazole will neutralize or minimize acid production.

Diet and exercise. : In order to work out as you do you need enough "fuel in your body to run the engine".   Carbs are the primary energy source we use. Inadequate carbohydrate intake will get you to burn muscle then fat for energy.   I would increase the carbs and see if it improves how you feel.
