Yes....: Multivitamin with mineral. The main problem is low Protein supply, and hormone. Definitely increase your protein intake. Scalp care, avoid unusual or excess chemical applications to scalp. Reduce stress, sleep well.

Mirena IUD: Although Mirena IUD's contain progesterone,  your periods will be essentially like they were prior to oral bcp's.  The amount of progesterone in Mirena will not suppress ovarian estrogen production, and fluctuations of estrogen production will sometimes increase acne.  Best may be to stay on low dose oral bcp's for better control of acne.
