Freckles: There are many products to reduce pigmentation in the skin. You can give those a try. In the meantime, stay out of the sun. Wear sunblock and hats.

No: No.  This IS NOT an anti-inflammatory.  As a matter of fact it is an inflammatory.

No: Epiduo is a combination acne gel containing adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. Epiduo is not a topical steroid. Topical medicine (not tropical) is a foam, liquid, gel, lotion, cream, or ointment for the surface of the skin.

Better absorption &: I am assuming you are talking about sex steroids like Estradiol or testosterone.  Fewer side effects are likely, because they do not go through the liver first.

If you are talking about corticosteroids, the medicine is on the skin at a higher concetration, sparing the body of steroid aside effects. They are used for inflammatory skin issues. Most forms are creams and ointments, not gels.

is it ok to dissolve my liquid zzzquil gel caps in a drink? my mom bought me zzzquil liquid pills. i only need a little bit than recmded dose. i cant handle things hitting me at once randomly. i wanted to kinda sip as needed. insomia w/steroids.

Diphenhydramine: ZzzQuil is the brand name for diphenhydramine  (Benadryl(.  Get a bottle of liquid diphenhydramine to use instead.  You can take half the adult dose of that safely.

: Would not advise excessive steroid injections, as these are unlikely to help in the face of hyaluronic acid seemingly not lasting long enough.  Instead, see your orthopedic surgeon soon and have evaluation as to what is occurring in your knees

is it tropical steroid withdrawal ? i was giving betamethasone dip aug 0.05 ointment for an allergic reaction on my fingers from nails gel polish . but after 9 days symptoms clear. but when i stop it using my fingers are hurting me ?

: Had you been plastering your fingers with excessive amounts of topical corticosteroids? There would be some systemic effect but I doubt it would be enough to suppress arthritis symptoms, however.  If it did, theoretically arthritis would rebound upon discontinuation of large amounts of the ointment. I would look for other reasons for your painful fingers however. ?overuse of fingers

i started using a steroid gel for my dermatitis instead of a cream. it is .025% triamcinolone. i was used to the cream drying fast. when i wiped under my eye into the corner of my eye (tear duct). i was worried i got it in my eye. is that dangerous?

: Prob not as long as you flushed area with cold water. Suggest you consider seeing dermatologist for this problem and possibly using a lower dose steroid cream or even a non steroid cream such as elidel for the facial rash.

Skin lightening safe: I am sure there is no good documentation that these are either effective or safe. Discuss with your local Dr there.
