Accepted Answer

Absolutely not: Do not wash invisalign in the dishwasher.  Here are the reasons: 
1) the aligners are very thin, and can easily work or melt at higher temperature. 
2) the aligners are so light also, and the pressure from water will displace the aligner(s). You may end up finding them damaged or broken by dishwasher's moving parts.
While you are brushing/flossing, soak in denture-cleaning solution to clean them.

It can: Depends on the severity and available room. A consultation with a local orthodontist can clear things up for you rather quickly.

Probably not....: You will be changing your aligners every 2 weeks so smoking will probably not stain them.  Cleaning them thoroughly when you clean your teeth every day will help prevent staining.

Accepted Answer

Depends on severity: If dental, tipped teeth, invisalign can help correct crossbite but not as well as braces.  If crossbite is skeletal, a side-to-side bone size discrepancy, correction is beyond the limits of clear aligners.  In growing children need expander.  In adults need expander coupled with sarp, surgery to release the two halves of the upper jaw that have fused together.  See qualified orthodontist.

With soap and water: Your night-guard is worn in your mouth overnight.  Soap and water is good enough to keep it clean.
