Blood?: This could represent blood.  Blood in the GI tract tends to speed things along, hence the runny movement.  And while we generally use the term "coffee grounds" to describe upper GI tract bleeding, it may still apply.  Please see GI doctor for colonoscopy and EGD.

Bleeding: Coffee ground stools is the classic description of blood in the stool emanating from the upper gastrointestinal track (stomach and small intestines). It is a sign of bleeding from peptic ulceration of the stomach or duodenum (first portion of the small intestine) or esophageal varices). You should consult your physician as soon as possible or visit the er.

Bleeding somewhere: If a person has "pure blood" and then "coffee grounds" in her stool, she should be checked out by a doctor right away. That means calling the doctor now, and going to the ER if unable to reach the doctor. There are many causes of blood in the stool, ranging from benign to malignant (cancerous). Bloody stools can be caused by a bleeding stomach ulcer, colitis, diverticulosis, colon cancer, etc...

Good habits.: It is very useful to set up a good routine for your bowel habits. If yours involves a morning cup of coffee, I see no real problem with that. I think you are not in the minority. It works for me too!

Your symptoms: sound consistent with constipation.  However, having black stools that may be tarry is more concerning.  While upper GI bleeding typically causes looser stools, you should have your doctor check.  In the meantime, you might want to soften your stools with either Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) or PEG 3350.

will using green coffee bean extract and garcinia cambogia cause bowel movements?

Don't use it: Garcinia cambogia is in most weight loss supplements, and can cause liver failure.It was also used in Hydroxycut which was taken off the market as people died from using it.  I see a handful of patients per month with abnormal liver tests after using this medicine. I would NOT recommend it. There is no "magic pill" for weight loss. Diet and exercise remain the #1 way to lose weight and keep it off

Your : Your body needs to have a bowel movement. If you are constipated for that long, then the fecal matter in your body can be toxic to the body. Also, the impacted fecal matter in your bowels can perforate or cause a hole in your bowels which can be deadly, putting your body in a state of sepsis.
See your doctor right away. If your fever is over 101 degrees f go to the emergency department. Your doctor can help by prescribing stool softeners, enimas or suppositories to help you have a bowel movement.

Change in bowels: Change in bowels is a red-flag to doctors-- this includes alteration in stool texture, altered ease or completeness of elimination, frequency of stooling, occult bleeding, etc. Risk factors, co-morbidities, changes in activity/stress/diet, metabolic factors (diabetes, low thyroid) must be considered.  It may be nothing serious, but medical evaluation is recommended & will likely prove reassuring.
