Hypertension: If you had high pressure and on medication it is now normal, that does not mean that you will be fine off medication. You should discuss with your doctor. Most hypertensives need medicine for life to keep BP normal. Sometimes the doses can be decreased and some people do get off meds, but relatively few.

Add meds.: Keep adding medicines until pressure goes down over time. Give appointments every week. Monitor BP at home. Use Clonidine to lower BP higher than 200/100. Even consider Clonidine patch. Refer her to a hypertension specialist, or to a nephrologist ( kidney). Rule out pheochromocytoma.

Yes: Regular aerobic exercise, low sodium diet, minimize caffeine, don't smoke.  Magnesium supplements may help.

Urine: White stringy bits are unlikely to be related to the blood pressure treatment unless perhaps you are passing congealed protein. Discuss with your doctor.

At your age: and absent other cardiovascular complications (e.g. heart attacks/ disease, congestive heart failure, kidney disease, stroke or aneurysms) your systolic BP remains a bit high but manageable with stress relief methods such as meditation, drinking relaxing teas, light aerobic exercise and deliberate breathing training.  Your diastolic BP is perfect.   Anxiety can cause BP to rise, so stay calm.
