Doubt it: If this repair is several months old and the healing complete the mesh should be anchored well into the tissues so you kick should not dislodge the mesh

Straining : Raising the pressure in the abdomen with any activity (valsalva) can exert outward force on the hernia.   This will increase protrusion and over time the size of the defect.  If the hernia cannot be pushed back in, have it repaired expeditiously.  If it hurts or you have bloating, nausea or vomitting, it is an emergency.
Just get to general surgeon and have it fixed before you develop complication.

: Maybe. This is a rather individual issue. Some inguinal hernias are small &amp; rarely any problem with such activities. Some can be enormous &amp; bother you constantly. Bicycle riding does not create much abdominal pressure that would aggravate a hernia. You can try a simple ride &amp; see how it effects you.
