Depends: The INR is a measure of how thin your blood is.  When alcohol effects your INR it is causing your blood to become more thin. A low INR means that your blood is thicker. A high INR means your blood is thinner. If your INR is too low i.e. Too thick i.e. Not anticoagulated, then there are treatment options to anticoagulate including an injectable medications. You should discuss  with your doctor.

See your doctor: If you are taking blood thinner and have signs of either a red rash you need to see your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you do not have a hematological problem that was induced by the blood thinner.

: It's hard to know how accurate those values are, like if you may have accidentally ate something just before the morning sugar, but typically a normal fasting sugar (no eating for at least 8 hours prior) should be less than 100, and 2 hours after eating should be less than 140.  You should talk to a doctor about getting lab tests to see if you may have diabetes.

Dark=problem: If there is dark blood in stool, called occult blood, it could be a problem. If red it could be something as easy as hemorrhoids. There are many reasons for blood to be in stool, but at your age, it unlikely to be something terrible. If you are at all worried see an md, the ones with the best knowledge would be a GI specialist or gastro-enterologist.Try not to worry but seek a consultation.

In your case: In your case obviously not.   Important that you be seen by the appropriate specialist, in your case an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist, for differential diagnosis.  Once the cause of your "ulcer" has been determined the appropriate treatment can be administered.  Please make an immediate appointment.

Never tested: The combination that you mentioned is never tested. But i would say don't take grape fruit juice with above meds.
