Not necessarily: If you suspect myocarditis this is a diagnosis which should be investigated by experienced clinicians.  It is conceivable that you have heart muscle inflammation without ECG changes, but this is unusual.

Myocarditis: A normal EKG would rule out clinically significant myocarditis. Troponins may be normal in 50% of the cases. Usually the echocardiogram would show some decrease in.myocardial contractility or some wall motion abnormalities.

Heart Inflammations: There are numerous criteria for endocarditis, echo is one. a normal transesophageal echo is excellent to assist in ruling out endocarditis. Acute myocarditis more typically has echo and/or enzyme abnormalities- a cardiac MRI can be helpful to look for active or prior myocarditis. Pericarditis likely has normal echo and may not have the classic ECG abnormalities, so would use clinical symptoms.

Diagnose myocarditis: Myocarditis can be silent on an ekg. If there is also pericarditis, there are subtle changes that can sometimes be seen. Other tests can be done to diagnose myocarditis, including an echocardiogram and a cardiac mri.

: First off, you get Covid myocarditis from getting the virus and not the vaccine.  Diagnostic evaluation for COVID-19–related myocarditis. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends further testing for patients having signs consistent with myocarditis with 1 or more cardiac imaging methods such as echocardiogram or cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR).

Potentially you: could have a normal EKG early or very late in the progress of the inflammatory response. It is unlikely though and I would anticipate some not subtle changes.
