No: Alcohol in any form is a common cause of gout. If you have gout you need to be on allopurinol to normalize the serum uric acid and prevent future attacks.

No and no: Cider does not help with gout and drinking cider vinegar is even worse. Popular websites talk about apple cider vinegar and how it prevents gout. It does not. It strips the enamel from your teeth and burns your esophagus. Other problems can also occur. Vinegar pills are also not safe.

Gout: can be helped with drinking fluids to flush out uric acid to reduce symptoms. I have no direct knowledge of using Apple cider vinegar as a benefit, however, I have hard that cherry juice may help reduce symptoms. Best to ask your doctor if you are not sure.

Worth a try but...: It's possible these may help ; they're safe to try, but i'm unaware of research proving they help, so consider treatments with scientific support. recently, i had an acute episode of partial regurgitation of a mixture of lemon juice/apple cider vinegar. i had taken it as a suggestion from a youtube video to combat gout. the mixture obviously came into the back of my throat and burned the cords.

Time for ENT consult: you will require endoscfopy of the nose/throat area ans also upper endoscopy for evaluation of gastritis/GERD.
Why were you drinking lemon juice/apple cider vinegar ?- for gout? I suggest immediate evaluation and reconsideration of therapy for gout.

Interaction: Both medications are not recommended to take with alcohol on board. If you're going to be home and not driving,etc I wouldn't expect any serious problem taking them. However,. be aware that there could be minor symptoms like some lightheadedness or drowsiness.

It's normal.: It's normal for every person to react differently to different  alcoholic beverages. Factors such as sugar content in  an alcoholic beverage or how much protein does it contain will affect the personal experience of drinking alcohol. Another possible factor could be related to poor tolerance/ allergies, to some of the ingredients present in one specific beverage. Moderation is the always the key!
