Acclimatization: is more likely, not damage.  When people from countries where spices are heavily used move to countries where they are not, they often experience shock when they visit home and are exposed again to spices.  Your taste buds "turn over" all the time.  So not to worry if one layer is damaged anyway.

Sour taste in mouth: Suggests acid reflux. Cut down on intake of coffee, soda, spicy foods, tomatoes, oranges etc. Take otc Omeprazole and antacids. See your dr if symptoms worsen. Take care !

i am suffering from extreme lower back pain and vaginal discharge. discharge is in white color no sourness ans itching or any other problem.

Could be  infection: Could be a bladder infection. Have it checked. Usually very easy to treat with a short course of antibiotic. It could also be a kidney infection. But have it checked out.

Let me explain: About 1 in 10 people who have a cervical rib develop thoracic outlet syndrome.
Treatment depends on the underlying cause.
Blood vessel compression or blockage or nerve compression.
Physiotherapy may be helpful for some people.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
You may also need to modify or change your work or sport activities.
In some cases, surgery to relieve the cause of the compression.

I : I don't think your symptoms are related to the birth control pills. It sounds like you may be dealing with another yeast infection, a UTI (urinary tract infection) or both. I recommend you see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

No: Greek yogurt is nutritionally equivalent to other yogurts.  It has a different texture and some like the taste a little better and currently is very much in vogue.  If your balanced diet includes a cup of daily yogurt, then by all means go for it.

That : That is a great question. I canâ€™t answer for dr. Oz but i can provide some basic information about greek yogurt.  First, because greek yogurts are not heat treated and undergo little processing, they are a great source of probiotics. Probiotics are beneficial to the intestinal tract.  Because of the live cultures in greek yogurt, it is reported to help with the absorption of calcium.  Greek yogurt contains more protein and less sugar than typical american yogurts.  Additionally, many people like the thick consistency of greek yogurt. Even with greek yogurts you need to check labels. Those that are flavored  usually contain more sugar and more calories. The percentage of protein and carbohydrate differs depending on the brand.   Greek yogurt is a great way to help meet your daily  recommended dairy intake. It is also an awesome way to satisfy your sweet tooth while still eating healthy. Enjoy !

Refrigerated?: Hi. Assuming it was refrigerated, yogurt is good long past the expiration date. It will not make you sick.
