Temporarily: It should not affect any of the characteristics of your voice in the long term.  But you will have quite a bit of pain after the procedure as you are recovering, and won't feel like singing for a little while.

No.: This is not going to be possible. Why would you want only one tonsil removed? And in the end, your voice returns to normal.

Tonsils & Vocal Cord: I think you may be mistaking the anatomy. Hoarseness implies a problem with the vocal cords. These are not the same thing as tonsils.  I would advise a visit to a good ENT specialist.

Laryngitis: Do you feel like you have an infection? Can the Hoarseness be the result of straining your voice, having reflux or from a dry harsh cough? If it's another viral upper respiratory tract infection, avoid excessive dryness in your environment, use a humidifier if need be and take vitamin C to boost immune system. Your Otolaryngologist can advise you further.

Not much: How good of a singer are you. If you are a professional, you might notice some change in your vibratto. Usually would only be a potential concern  if you are a classically trained singer.

Possibly: Depending on their size the procedure may well change your voice. The bigger they are and the more they obstruct your airway the bigger the effect removing them will have.
