Fibroids: They could potentially bleed all the time until they are removed.  So if you are having prolonged bleeding you need to be seen, especially if you are starting to be fatigued, dizzy, short of breath, symptoms of anemia.

Msybe.: Fibroids ccan be the cause but hormonal irregularities can also be the culprit. It may be some combination of the two. You have to rule out an abnormal growth in the uterine lining. Speak with your doc.

All exercise?: Is it all exercise that causes bleeding.  Where and how big are the fibroids.  Exercise rarely causes bleeding from fibroids.

Excess estrogen?: Despite health issues, a change in diet that reduces starch, sugars, and excess fatty foods should not cause harm. I hope you are getting medical help for your fibroids. If they are causing anemia, then something should be done about them. Ask your doc to test your Progesterone level and if it's low take Progesterone (not medroxyprogesterone) 100 mg @ bedtime day 12-25 of your cycle.
