There : There is a possibility that your hair loss could be from your diet (iron deficiency) or it could be from another cause such as a thyroid disorder, hereditary hair loss, over styling, a scalp condition, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or even lupus.  Before just assuming it is your diet, you should give your doctor a call.  They will be able to examine you and possibly run some simple blood test to rule out non-diet related reasons for hair loss.  Many of these are treatable, so having the correct diagnosis is key!  good luck!

Doctor visit: When a baby sweats excessively during feeding, this may indicate that they have a lung or heart problem. There may be associated vomiting and gray/blue discoloration of the skin or lips. Your doctor will check the baby's heart for a murmur, his liver for enlargement, and an oxygen saturation level. Food allergy : Sounds like you may have developed an allergy to something in the chocolate and the milk, as it is causing  an itchy throat, chin, and  scalp. There is lactose in the milk and milk chocolate, which may be your allergy.

No.: Hair growth is genetically determined and your hair follicles produce hair at the same rate unless you have a nutritional deficiency or an autoimmune disease. Drinking more water will not help. Make sure you are getting good nutrition to maximize hair growth. No supplements will boost the rate of growth unless you're missing certain vitamins or minerals in your diet.

Biotin doesn't: Help. Water doesn't help. Trimming doesn't help. Hairs grow in spurts with each hair on a different schedule or growing for several months followed by remaining stable for months. The only way is to have good genetics and good nutrition and good overall health. Good luck. Nothing else helps.

It should: If your slow growing facial hair is due to stress, then it makes logical sense that your hair will reducing the stress will make your hair grow faster.  Life isn't always that simple however, and there "could" be other factors contributing to the slow hair growth.  I wish you the best!

Not selectively.: Breast size is likely to ^ w puberty, pregnancy & possibly prior to your period.   You can build up chest muscles w exercise & weight lifting but it will not ^ the amt. Of fatty tissue. There are no pills, herbs or machines that will ^ breast size.  Breast augmentation is surgical enlargement.  A padded bra will ^ appearance of volume.  A supportive, well fitting bra can also enhance appearance.

Drinking milk is : A healthy choice for most. However, neither drinking milk nor massaging  your breasts will cause them to enlarge.

Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height.
