Possibly: It depends on whether the urine/feces had any parasites (worms) and their (worms) resistance to the medium they are in. If none are present, then the exposure is most likely harmless.

i may have made contact with dog feces while retrieving a package. i checked the contents inside but i feel like i may have contaminated what was inside, so i left it alone to sit for a few days. will it be safe to use the contents inside after?

Little or no risk: Contact with animal feces (dogs and others) isn't pleasant, but it's pretty safe. The chance it contained an important germ that would cause a serious health problem is almost zero. Just wash your hands after possible contact. You don't say the contents of the package:  if food, maybe safest to discard it. Otherwise, no worries.

Very unlikely: Toxocariasis by toxocara canis:
Humans are infected by ingestion of soil containing infective eggs of the parasite (round worm).   Eggs of the parasite, however,  are not infective immediately when shed in the feces, i.e. infective after 2-4 weeks in the environment, such as soil.

ive recently received a package. there was dog feces next to it. i got anxious that my hand or sleeve of my sweater may have made contact. granted it was very small, cold and rock hard, but now i feel like im spreading the bacteria on everything?

Not to worry: Bacteria in Animal feces will be present on the surface that touched it until that surface is washed. Wash your hand and change your clothes, and there will be no spread of any bacteria. If you use a plastic bag to remove the poop from your front step you can sanitize the area using any antibacterial kitchen/bathroom cleaner.

Doubt it: Doubt it You should thoroughly wash the areas but it’s unlikely that you’re going to get any type of infection from that

Flush with tears: If eye becomes red with discharge see eye doctor to get antibiotic drops.

Not spreading.: Bacteria are very sensitive to dry air and heat. They require moist environment and only survive 1-4 hours max on porous surfaces. The bacteria would have been dead by the next morning. since you washed your hands, there would have been no bacteria there either. Steatorrhea: Two things are likely at play here: (1) the high fat content of your diet, and (2) the likelihood that your body has a problem absorbing the fat in your diet.  It's unlikely that you're overwhelming your fat-absorptive mechanism with dietary fats, so there may be an absorption issue here as well. You should see a GI doctor for relevant diagnostic testing.
