Yes: If indeed LPR is the cause of your throat irritation (and the condition is frequently misdiagnosed) it often takes a long time to see improvement. Occasionally it can take 3 months with double dose therapy to get relief.

Most likely: Most likely it is from the coughing if you noticed it after your coughing fits. I notice you are taking Nystatin (not sure if that is oral or topical) and some antibiotics. "Sometimes" antibiotics can cause thrush in the mouth/throat too, so if you can see white patches in the mouth and back of throat you should see your Dr.  Sometimes with coughing you can get a little acid reflux too.
