Liquid nitrogen: While there are a number of treatment options for palmar warts, the most commonly used by me is liquid nitrogen application. It seems most effective as well. Acid application is another method, although, it seems less commonly use. Electrocautery may be tried. Anecdotal use of ranitidine has been described. An over-the-counter histofreeze may work for small solitary lesions.

Several options: Warts, which are caused by a form of the hpv virus, can be a difficult and frustrating problem.  You can try an over-the-counter wart remover (e.g.: compound w or duofilm).  If this doesn't work see a dermatologist.  They could be frozen with liquid nitrogen (cryotherapy), treated with a strong acid, or removed surgically.  There are also injectable medications that can be used in stubborn cases.

No: Wart-removal acids sold over-the-counter can get rid of hand warts. One's primary care doctor or a dermatologist can freeze the warts. If a person has many warts on her hand, there are other medications that a dermatologist can try. Fruits are not going to get rid of warts... but sometimes warts do go away on their own.

At any point in time, up to half of such persons have active, transmissible infection. Even with HR types, actual cancer is rare. Common hand warts are rarely (if ever) transmitted to the genitals by hand contact.
