No: Wart-removal acids sold over-the-counter can get rid of hand warts. One's primary care doctor or a dermatologist can freeze the warts. If a person has many warts on her hand, there are other medications that a dermatologist can try. Fruits are not going to get rid of warts... but sometimes warts do go away on their own.
