Low IgG: With the picture depicted, you need to be evaluated by allergy / immubology service at a tertiary care hospital, (a university hospital or a teaching hospital), you most probably have an immunodeficiency problem for whatever reason, you might need admission and IV antibiotics to clear the infection and manage the condition from there, goodluck

Need in person eval: If your symptoms are getting worse despite the fact that you're off the cipro, (ciprofloxacin) you need to be seen by a doctor and make sure that the two are related.

Nope: Ciprofloxacin has absolutely no effect against trichomonas, which must be treated with either metronidazole or tindazole. If you think you have trich, discuss with doctor; if diagnosis uncertain. you need testing for it. Other STDs often go along with trich, so be sure you're tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia as well. For sure no cipro, which could make STD diagnosis inaccurate. Good luck!

Oral antibiotics: See your md for an appropriate antibiotic and/or culture.

Topical treatments  won't do much for a true cellulitis  (which is bacterial infection under the skin).  Iv treatments are overkill for uncomplicated infections in healthy individuals.

Antibiotics: Depending what the staph is sensitive to various antibiotics can be used. Surgical soap may be helpful in decreasing the bacteria to decrease chances reinfection.
