No unless stopped: Anti seizure medication actually protects against seizures and does not cause seizures. However, if you suddenly stop the medication without taper and have been on it awhile you're at risk of having a seizure. This can happen even if you haven't had a seizure before. That is why it is a good idea to taper the medicine down before stopping it.

It is a symptom: Bipolar disorder has as one of the primary symptoms, grandiosity.  An elevated sense of self-importance, but to the extreme levels.  Some may believe they are god's or very important people like politicians and executives.  As treatment takes effect, these symptoms usually diminish.

Hallucinations: Hallucinations are psychotic symptoms, and can happen in many different contexts.  In bipolar disorder, they can happen when you're either depressed or manic.  I see no mood stabilizing or antipsychotic medications in your list, but I do see the antidepressants amitriptylene and bupropion. If this is true, it may be the reason for your hallucinations.  Please tell your psychiatrist asap!

Bipolar Psychosis: Yes it can be common for the highs and lows of bipolar disorder to present with psychosis like delusions or hallucinations. They are usually "mood congruent" which means that the delusions fit the mood episode. For instance someone who is depressed could believe that the devil is poisoning them, whereas during mania they might believe they are a famous figure.

That's a shame: You need to try and find either a board certified addiction psychiatrist or a board certified psychiatrist who is also board certified in addictionology (like me). I think that drugs of abuse most certainly makes bipolar d/o worse and those with bipolar d/o suffer from a greater risk of substance abuse and dependency. I treat both at the same time in my clinic. You should be able to find someone.
