Bipolar Psychosis: Yes it can be common for the highs and lows of bipolar disorder to present with psychosis like delusions or hallucinations. They are usually "mood congruent" which means that the delusions fit the mood episode. For instance someone who is depressed could believe that the devil is poisoning them, whereas during mania they might believe they are a famous figure.
