Yes: Internal hemorrhoids can bleed without any pain at all. Internal hemorrhoids are located above the "dentate line." this is where the lining of your colon meets the skin of your butt (similar to the difference between the outside of you lips and the inside of your mouth). Above the dentate line there is very minimal sensation, so irritated internal hemorrhoid tissue can bleed without pain.

Options: Warm sitz baths, sitting in a warm tub for 20 minutes, two or three times a day may be helpful. Over-the-counter medications may be helpful such as stool softeners, otc creams or suppositories, rx creams or suppositories, injections to scar the hemorrhoid, banding to shrivel it up, or surgery. See your doctor for help.

Fiber.  Don't strain: Constipation, hard stools and straining/pushing too hard when you have a bowel movement can aggravate hemorrhoids.  Make sure you have regular bowel movements, and have enough fiber and fluid in your diet.

Prob not hemorrhoid: Hemorrhoids do not have nerves so they so not hurt despite what the commercials say. Your symptoms are more likely from a fissure which is a crack in the skin of the anal canal which causes a cutting burning sensation. Usually from constipation. Can heal spontaneously

No ruhemorrin here: If it is a topical analgesic, use it 3 x a day after a sitz bath.  Wallabies might be reluctant to have southern end manipulated.
