No: The CBC only shows the total number of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets.  In order to diagnose leukemia, one must look under the microscope at many characteristics of the blood cells.  Usually this requires a test called a bone marrow biopsy.

A CBC may: Give answers about red cells (size, volume HGB concentration) that no one wants to know, but the total hemoglobin and % (hematocrit), whilte cell count and platelet count could all be normal, or all be low with lmphoma affecting marrow.  Blood tests help only a little, and more to point to effects of treatment than diagnosis of lymphoma  as a condition.

Indeterminate: It is not feasible to say, for a normal person, how long it will take for the person to develop leukemia. Vast majority of the people never get one.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes, most times: A leukemia typically begins in the bone marrow and will often show effects on the CBC as the cancer cells spill over into the circulating blood. On rare occasions leukemia may be still limited in the bone marrow, so we make a diagnosis by taking a bone marrow sample.

Leukemia, a form of blood and bone marrow cancer, is frequently detectable in the blood; however, especially if early in the course of the disease, leukemic cells may be confined to the bone marrow and not cross into the blood in sufficient numbers to be detected by a cbc.  Ultimately, the complete diagnosis and prognosis of leukemia relies on bone marrow examination.

Not leukemia: Normal CBC proves you don't have leukemia. Anyway, there are no "symptoms" of leukemia. Most cases cause no symptoms at all; or nonspecific symptoms that go along with a hundred other conditions. Check back with your doctor if you remain concerned. Good luck!

i am worried about my cbc results. i noticed over the years my neutrophils count is slowly decreasing. my current blood results show my lymphocytes relative % is 44.7 and neutrophils absolute is 1.93. should i be worried about leukemia?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your neutrophil count is within normal limits and ther is no suggestion of leukemia.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, WBC count or 12.5 per se is not a reason to consider leukemia. Examination of the peripheral blood smear would be more useful to exclude immature cells. If monocytes are 3.5% and neurtophils 1.1% what are the other cells?

Doubt it: Rare things rarely happen. A kid with frank leukemia doesn't just have a high percentage of lymph's,  they are often the only things seen &amp; number in the hundreds of thousands. The data presented is minimal. From the numbers this could easily be a simple viral illness.
