Emphasize vegetables, fruits &amp; healthy protein sources. Minimize sugar, starches and fried foods. Even with a healthy diet it is wise to take a good-quality multivitamin and also Vit. D in fall and winter months.

Monitor: I am glad that you went to your doc and were examined. I am glad to hear that typhus and malaria was negative. As you can imaging many causes exist that can produce fever and body pains. If you get better you can monitor symptoms. Sometimes we do not have answers.

Checkup???: First you need a thorough dental checkup and cleaning.  Brush your tongue when brushing your teeth, and your breath problem can come from certain foods, supplements and meds.  You may need more than 2 cleanings a year.

JME Janz;: You could be experiencing myoclonus, and given your age, it could be a syndrome called juvenile myoclonic epilepsy of janz. The treatment had been Divalproex Sodium but now Lamotrigine has this indication and has fewer birth risks or sid effects.
Sudep is sudden unexplained death in epileptic patients.

Could be anything : May be a skin cyst but also could be a hernia.  Also could be some muscle problem (like rectus divarification) or something more serious like an enlarged liver of spleen. Will need an examination of your abdomen and may require tests such as bloods xrays and scans to sort out.  Please see a doctor.  All the best.

Yes: The size of the ovarian cyst is not suppressible with oral contraceptive pills, and the elevated CA 125 is a concern for a more serious problem.(cancer). CA 125's are notoriously mon specific and unreliable to predict cancer, but the laparoscopy will allow a ovarian assessment and biopsy to definitively determine the problem.
