Yes but: If the thyroid level is normal, then your symptoms are not caused by the thyroid but something else. Although you may be at a somewhat higher risk to develop another autoimmune disease , your problem may or may not be an autoimmune one.

TH1 OR TH 2: T cells are one  immune system cell type. T cells make and release chemicals that talk to other immune cells. Th1 cells secrete one set of these and th2 cells secrete a different set.  Th1 cells are thought to be associated w/autoimmune diseases; th2 with allergic diseases. At this point there are no commercial tests to determine this;research lab may test but wont help your DX or rx at this point.
