i keep passing out...i've passed out 4 times now within a month...doctors don't know why..and all my tests come back normal...what could be wrong?

I presume you had: Normal heart and brain tests that checked for heart beat irregularities and seizures. Your condition could be from vaso vagal syncope /drop in blood pressure when u exert any effort, drop in blood sugar, psychological/ panic attacks etc. If u are not convinced, get a 2nd or 3rd opinion. Generally, there are no bad questions!  Make a list of what you want to know in advance.  Info from your doc who knows you, beats info from the internet in most cases.  When in doubt, ask!  Take notes of the answers, too.

i am a 49 yr old female who hasnt been to doctor in over 18 months. what type dr should i see now & what tests/exams.... i have had no previous medical problems. had annual well woman visits but feel i need to start taking better care of myself.

You : You should see an internal medicine doctor or a family practitioner yearly for a physical and any screening tests recommended for your age group and your specific health and family history.  You should also see a gynecologist regularly for an exam and pap smear.  They may need to do this every 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your health and family history.

Nutrition: Functional Medicine physician. I would suggest you have a stool analysis looking for parasites, yeast, bacterial makeup of your stool, look for inflammation in your GI tract and to see if you absorbing your nutrients.
  You also need to have a food sensitivity testing. There are foods that you are sensitive to that you will need to avoid for at least 12 weeks.
