Try reducing: narcotic pain meds which might be contributing your constipation.  Try other laxatives such as Milk of Mag and Fleet oil retention enema, before constipation gets any worse.

Muscular: You likely either hurt the muscle or bruised the bone, especially if it hurts to the touch. Would take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen for a few days to see if it gets better. If you have other symptoms or problems breathing you may need to see your doctor. It may take several weeks to go away
