May not matter: Nexium (esomeprazole) is recommended in the morning before or after meal.
Solodyn is recommended with food, 
probiotic is better at bedtime and in morning when stomach is empty
multivitamin can be taken with meals.

Not a big worry: Commonly used antibiotics should not be a problem, except for rifampin.
