Lipoma: The lesion you mention may not be a lipoma.  Typically, a lesion of the skin and skin structures that expresses foul-smelling substance is a epidermal inclusion cyst or sebaceous cyst.  These are benign lesions, but can become infected.  You should seek medical attention and have this looked at as you may require antibiotics and then removal.

lipoma removed on forehead 3 weeks ago , the scar is all scabby and has a bump at one end that looks like a pimple, filled with pus what should i do?

Call the surgeon: It may be infected, you should have it looked at and get it treated.  You may need medication.

Minocycline: I have had good success with Minocycline orally twice a day each day.  It is an antibiotic that has been around a long time.  You don't see it used much anymore except for acne.  Usually you see a big difference in 3-4 weeks but you will want to keep it going.  Side effects are minimal.  I also recommend Clindamycin Swabs to use after washing face twice a day.  Both are prescriptions.

Multiple familial: multiple familial lipomatosis is an autosomal dominant disorder usually with generational 1st degree relatives affected. Lipomas are asymmetric and not associated with any other symptoms. If one person alone is affected it likely is a new mutation. Surgical removal for cosmetic reasons is indicated.

if i cleaned pimple with antibacterial soap then put some peroxide an hour later will it do me any harm ? i know its a silly question but curious?

Warm compresses to: the area may help, but it sounds like you may need more treatment than you can do on your own at home. Please have it checked by a doctor, so that it can be properly diagnosed and treated.

Could be benign Skin tag that gets irritated on and off. But could be other things also. Best to show it to one's PCP/ Dermatologist and get a Diagnosis/Management/Treatment.

Length of time present, placement, color, flat to the skin or raised, irregular or regular margins, suspected triggering event, etc. all matter.
