Depends: If hemoglobin level is normal, it does not mean anything. Some hemoglobin variants produce oval rather than perfectly round red cells and then it depends on the type of hemoglobin variant. A few ovalocytes are of no consequence.

Polychromasia is the heterogeneous staining of RBCs of different ages, with younger cells appearing blue, that occurs after haemorrhage, haemolysis, dyserythropoiesis and treatment with haematinics such as iron and vitamin B12.
Schistocytes are RBCs fragmented by their passage through intravascular strands of fibrin, found in cases of intravascular haemolysis, renal failure and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura amongst others.

Cbc with diff: The CBC with diff cannot diagnose a pt per se.  You need to know what types of symptoms a pt is having in order to investigate based on symptoms.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your hemoglobin is normal, slight polychromasia is not a cause for concern,    Wish you good health!

Depends on the yeast: Yeast are smaller than the normal cells found in a blood sample (like white or red blood cells). They can either be rounded in shape, look like long interconnected rods. To help visualize them on a blood smear under the microscope, sometimes special stains are used to help them become more visible.

It's a good thing!: Blasts are immature blood cells.  They normally grow and mature in the marrow and then the more adult cells are extruded into the blood stream to perform their function. No: A blood smear is ordered when the CBC is abnormal .A blood smear helps diagnose a range of deficiencies, disease involving blood cell production, function and destruction ; it is also used to monitor cell production/ maturity in diseases eg leukemia, during chemo/radiation therapy and evaluation of different type of hemoglobins.
