please help me i have had itchy skin for 20 years and it is so bad now i am going crazy. when this all started i was diognosed with lupous and  then a coulple years later liver and then that didn't pan out they just gave me cream.  the itching is accross

I : I am so sorry to hear about your struggle with your skin. Since this has been going on for twenty years, if i recommend something that has been done or tried please forgive me. You need a complete allergy panel specifically for the area you live in. You should request skin and blood allergy testing. Have you tried Atarax (hydroxyzine) pills for itching? How about steroid injections every three months. Acupuncture?  Acupressure? A daily anti-histamine wont hurt. Also consider cutting out gluten and monitor for any improvement.

Use creams: What anti fungal medication were you taking for a skin infection?? I suggest using Rx anti fungal cream and consulting with your physician. Certainly, continue to monitor your liver function

i now have all the symptoms of a liver injury: 50 normal-mine is 450? (enzymes-liver)
whats going on, am i in serious shape? and could a coffee with cream before blood work affect lev

Liver injury: It's difficult today you have a liver injury. There are many insults that can cause liver enzymes to go high temporarily, like an infection or even some medications. But after a few days, they should fall back down to normal. One isolated value isn't as concerning as a more longstanding trend. It's unlikely your coffee caused increased liver enzymes (unless it was more Bailey's than coffee.)

Not likely: Fluconszole Tablet’s taken for mor than a few days could possibly cause liver problems because of the way it is metabolized in the liver, but the topical medications would not do that. Keeping feet dry &amp; changing socks when sweaty is a good idea

i used monistat 1(day or night) and about an hour after i went to the bathroom. when i went to wipe after pooping, i realized a lot of white cream had came out. i know some discharge is normal, but did too much leave too quickly?

Depiwhite: You can use depiwhite on your skin over night. But first i would apply a very small amount to the skin and leave this on overnight to make sure there is no adverse affects. I would do this every night for 7-10 nights before using this product  on a large area.
