i am taking  armour thyroid i am on armour thyroid for hashimoto's, i have been on the same dose for the past year and feel great, my prescription needs to be refilled for this year. since i feel good do i need to take another blood test or can i get more

visit doc for cold, found out bp is 152/96 103 heart rt. (anxious) nurse put me on lisinopril. also told me from old blood test i have t2 diabetes, hyperthyroid & hyperlipidemia. get another option before i take these meds? never been on bp meds b4.

Blood pressure: I suspect your blood pressure was previously high as it would be highly unusual to start antihypertensives due to an isolated high blood pressure, specifically when sick. It also sounds that based on older blood tests, a bunch of diagnoses were formulated as well. At a minimum you should be checking your blood pressure whenever possible, reduce salt intake, lose weight if applicable.

YES/NO: I assume you mean by " smoking" that you smoked marijuana, it usually can be detected 
up to 4 weeks after smoking, if they are testing for it, it may show in your system, though you are on the border for that.  I  suggest to stop smoking marijuana, as you may know it is associated with development  of what is referred  to as "amotivational syndrome" as well as  increased risk for psychosis.

Do not assume: If you test positive for a disorder, you need to discuss the matter with your doctor. Healthcare depends on many factors and you should not assume automatic treatment. Please discuss all issues with your doctor.

had sex one week  before my gf'speriod.a normal period arrived on time. does it mean she wont get pregnant and when can we take a blood test(not hpt)?

Got regular periods?: A woman cannot get her normal regular period and be pregnant at the same time. However, she can get pregnant a week or two after her normal period. If she has some spotting or light bleeding that doesn't look like her normal regular period, she can check a urine pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) to see if she is pregnant.

: You should be re-evaluated by orthopedics to let them know that physical therapy is not helping, especially if the physical therapists think it should be better by now. If orthopedics does not find the reason for the continued pain, rheumatology can be consulted to see if there is anything they can add. Orthopedics may want another MRI if they are unable to diagnose the issue. Good luck!

Depends: Many standard blood test results are available in the lab's computer access within hours.  Some more complicated or reference lab tests can take several days.
