Side effect: Tiredness/fatigue is a very common side effect of the beta blocker class of drugs (which include toprol).  If severe, you should discuss with your dr. And possibly a change to a different class of anti-hypertensive medication may be more helpful to you.  Best wishes.

drink yogurt shake, plain yogurt plus equal volume ice or cold water, teaspoon of salt and some fresh garlic, blend well in a blender, and drink.
