Probably not herpes: Herpes doesn&#x27;t cause firm bumps, and never causes any kind of bump that persists more than a day or two without changing quickly into blister/pimples and then open sores. The only STDs that cause firm painless bumps are genital warts and molluscum contagiosum. If you continue in doubt about the cause of this, see a doctor soon for proper diagnosis. Good luck!

Bartholin cyst: What you described suggests blockage of the duct of a gland. There is no urgency, and you can wait to discuss it with your doctor at your next visit.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
