Usually, no: Chlamidia, generally does not cause acne of the lips. However, it may cause eye infection (conjunctivitis) and on occasions, throat infections (pharyngitis). In women, it is more commonly associated with genital infections - infecting the cervix causing discharge and bleeding, the pelvis causing pain (PID), liver inflammation and lower urinary tract (pain on urination, pus in the urine).

Should help: Both Differin (adapalene) ( aldapane) gel &amp;Tetralysal ( lymecycline- a tetracycline antibiotic taken orally) are used to treat acne and should work on you barring side effects like skin reactions or the side effects of the oral antibiotic like nausea, abdominal pain, Diarrhoea. Your doctor may have explained the side effects of both. They shd start working in about 1-2 weeks. Remember to follow up with ur doc

can radiesse (dermal fillers) improve deep acne scars? i have deep acne scars on my cheeks. i don't really need filler in my cheeks, but i wouldn't mind them being a little plumper. what i'd really like is if it would make my scars less noticeable.

Radiesse (dermal fillers) : Radiesse (dermal fillers) may not be the best filler for your acne scars.  Since the material is calcium based, it maybe too hard for your cheeks.  I will suggest to use prevelle or juvederm ultra xc, they are hyaluroic acid base injectable, they are much softer than radiesse; they should give you a better result.  In addition, not all acne scars are the same and you should differentiate between dermal (skin) and sub dermal (under the skin) components. The treatment options are quite different between the two types of acne scar. If you are not sure please spend the time to consult with a plastic surgeon so you get the appropriate treatment. what do you do about pubic bumps? i was tested for std's and my results were negative. any suggestions? i know my obgyn recommended acne wash down there but....do you have products in mind?

Folliculitis?: If your pubic area "bumps" are red and maybe some become pimple-like, you probably have folliculitis, i.e. hair follicle inflammation or infection, esp. if lesions surround hairs, maybe ingrown. If bumps are pink and shiny, maybe with dimples in the center, probably molluscum contagiosum. No other STD would do this. Recheck with your doctor, or see a dermatolgist.

If : If you have acne or folliculitis in the scalp, you may need an oral or topical antibiotic. Difficult to tell without a picture, but there are several options to control this condition.  I would visit a dermatologist who should be able to help you with this condition.  I hope that helps!

Something more?: You're not alone.  There's also topical Clindamycin -- or the option of moving on to systemic rx. I needed systemic tetracycline from my teens and was able to stop taking it when i was 50. Another systemic option that's not well-known is spironolactone. You already know that acne's not lifestyle-related and as a professional liability deserves to be treated. Best wishes.

Scalp Acne: You are probably referring to so called: scalp acne. 
Doxycycline has been used with some success only. 
It happens usualy in males and might resolve after age 40 spontaneously. 
It could be frustrating especially with males losing hair and acne lesions easily visible. 
Treatment need few months for effect.

Daily use of a broad spectrum sun block
daily use of a skin cleanser that is non perfumed but  that has a low grade salicylic acid ( 5%) or glycolic acid 5% to exfoliate.
