No, usually not: Grapes are fruit, with juice and sugar, so they don't tend to cause constipation. Eating too much fruit might cause the loose stools. The main problem in constipation is that the time it takes for food one ate to go through the intestine and out the anus is too long of a time. One must make "intestinal transit" time more rapid. Water plus fiber helps, but sometimes laxatives are needed.

Any: caffeine free/alcohol free fluid will help with constipation. 80-100 oz per day is recommended for someone with a sedentary life, more if you are active or are on certain constipating meds

Yes: Oils and juices can improve and relieve constipation.  You should adjust your diet if the constipation is chronic by adding more vegetables and fruits.  Sometimes you will need laxatives or stool softeners on an occasional basis.  They are available in the pharmacy.

Thrombosis hemorrhoi: This sounds like a thrombesed hemorrhoid or an abscess If you have fever or chills or the skin surrounding the lump is pink and warm then you may have an abscess. If this is the case you should seek medical attention right away. Not treated an abscess can result in sepsis and long term complications like fistula and even incontinence.  You should see a doctor such as a colorectal surgeon to tell

Probiotics, increased fiber and dietary changes may significantly reduce symptoms, but get a referral to a colorectal surgery for guidance.

Hemorrhoid: There are blood vessels just inside the anus that can become enlarged (internal hemorrhoids). They will typically go away if you are able to avoid straining for up to 2 weeks. Make sure you are drinking at least 3 liters of non caffeine fluids daily, increase your dietary fiber intake, and if needed, take a sennoside based laxative to keep your stool soft and avoid straining.

hemorrhoids: Yes you probably have hemorrhoids.  There are a number of over the counter medications that can help.  They typically worsen after straining such as you describe with constipation.  See your doctor if this one persists or becomes painful.

Constipation remedy: There is no one size fits all constipation remedy, but pts your age usually have constipation due to lack of fiber in the diet, low water intake, excess meats, or drugs that slow gut movement (pain killers). Try drinking more water, eating fiber (fruits, veggies, oatmeal), taking metamucil, or cutting down on meats or pain meds.

Constipation: Constipation can be caused by lack of fiber in the diet. Please decrease sugars and fats in diet, and increase foods with fiber, like beans and green leafy vegetables. Drink lots of water.
