Flea vs Zit.: Flea bites may be clustered into 3 itchy bumps that bleed & blanch (turn white) when you press on them. They tend to be found at skin folds (breast or groin) & folds of joints (ankle, knee, elbow, axilla) as well as legs. Pimples don't itch & are often found on face, head, chest & back.

What's the ?: If you are asking what to do...As long as they remain small without any systemic or progressive local symptoms, i would allow them to resolve in their own.

: The red color in many insect bites reflects capillary dilation, and when compressed will fade to pale.  A "pimple" may have a red color due to minor infection, and will usually remain "red" when pressed.

See below: The description suggests a small area of bacterial infection of the skin. It's possible it started from an insect bite that became infected. Generally, warm compress and application of triple antibiotic cream may speed resolution. Should the presumed infection worsen have the area examined by a physician.

flea bit me in sensitive area a week ago now the center of bites are turning white. no pus, just white. looks like whitehead pimple. already tried vagisil. can i use neosporin on vag area? am i in danger of getting a disease or is this normal?

: Fleas can carry some diseases but rare in US. I would just cover with bandaid unless it looks infected.

Ant bites: Fire Ant bites/stings initially look like red bumps. Within a day blisters form on the red base.

Unwarrented assumpti: You assume they are due to insects. Did you see insects? Does anyone else have something similar? Any exposure to animals? Probably it is something else. You may need to consult a physician, preferably a dermatologist. No spider ever causes what you seem to describe.

STAPH: This is a staph infection until proven otherwise. Staph can get deadly and real nasty real quick. I have treated over 200 of these in the last couple of years and every single patient thought they had a bug bite.  There is a drug resistant staph infection known as MRSA (mersa). You must be seen today.
