Consider further wou: 35 years old seems very young to have osteoarthritis in the knees bad enough to be contemplating a total knee replacement.  Consider an MRI to be sure there is nothing simpler causing your problem that might be treated through a scope and a rheumatology referral to rule out an inflammatory arthritis that could be treated with meds. Depends: If epinephrine(adrenalin) was used in the local anesthetic, it can excite the heart beat and rhythm and thus initiate svt. Of course pain itself may do the same.

Ask your spine : Surgeon. You need to consult with a well-trained spine surgeon to evaluate you and review your images, and review all options with you. If you have a compressive pathology like a herniated disc or spur pushing on a nerve, then you have a very good prognosis. If you exhaust non-surgical treatments, and injections fail to help then surgery will be a great option to address the leg pain.

Lipomas : Lipomas are harmless fatty tumors.  I would suggest that you go to a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist to have it removed.  Typically, an incision is made overlying the affected tissue, and the fatty tumor is "popped out" like a pimple.  Sometimes, these growths are tethered down, and removal can be more difficult.  I know of no way that is legal to shrink these in the us as many of the fat disolving injectables were removed from the market.  There are some devices for cellulite out there, but i think surgery is your best option.  Good luck!

Itchy rash: I would rather start with oral antihistamines such as Claritin and zyrtec or xyzal (levocetirizine) before jumping into steroids.
