i had a very high egfr and am feeling awful.  my pulse is very low, and i am dizzy.  what is happening to me?

Hmm: A high EGFR is actually a good thing.    A low one is related to kidney issues.    Based on your medications listed, you do appear to have some health problems.   I recommend you be seen right away.   You might be dehydrated with the lasix, (furosemide) but that ought to make your pulse faster and not slower like you describe.   You don't say if you are taking potassium, but you should be.    Low potassium?

since saturday i been feeling dizzy on and off this happen when my blood pressure is low check my  bp  is  100/70 w/pulse 79?

May be related: If you're on BP meds, (or other meds with potential BP side effects),  the dose may need adjustment. If you're not, be sure you're drinking fluid adequately. Don't restrict your salt. Bleeding, diarrhea, vomiting or fever can all cause low BP too. If none of this applies to you, see your doctor.

very low pulse cos of beta blocker ( 40 sometimes less ). im experiencing dizziness breathing problems and general tiredness too.cause for concern?

No cause: for "concern....ask your physician for a different beta blocker (they vary as to how much effect on receptors) The "right" blocker for you can be "titrated" to reduce your symptoms. Many people do not tolerate pulse rates below 45-50!!!! For the present, I would take your pulse before taking the beta blocker and OMIT if heart rate is below 40-45!!

i just had a brain aneurysm coiled. my bp has been as low as 88/46 and pulse 100 with daily headaches and dizziness. what should i do?

Unstable vitals. : Those are considered unstable vital signs. Call your doctor or get to one asap.

am on 25mg 2x coreg (carvedilol) was light headed dizzy bp was as low as 89/52 with pulse of
48 at first pulse was 100  my weight  280
should i go to er had 2 pe's?

Lower the dose: Just lower the dose to 12.5 mg 2x a day.

BP: It is still within normal limits but if your thyroid is under active this may be causing it to be lower than it usually is

Trust your doc: Hi, without more clinical info (timing and progression of sx's, med history) it's hard to say but unless you have major med problems, at 24 you are at very low risk for DVT (clot in leg)/PE (when clot travels to lungs). Well's score shows that and with neg Ddimer test chances of having had clot are so low that more invasive tests pose a greater risk to you. Consider other dx's.

Atrial fibrillation : You are a 40 year old male.  You note heart racing and dizziness.  It could be from things like too much caffeine.  It could also be a heart rhythm that is abnormal.  You will need to see a doctor and may require a monitor.  You can then see how your heart is when episodes occur.  Hope this helps
