Migraines R usually : not 1 sided. The neck can B a cause of occipital HA's due 2 trapezius tightness. With the whole constellation of complaints an answer regarding them would need an xam by Ur physician. I doubt it's something worse, as they R not all related.

See a neurologist: Pain behind eye is a sign of migraines. Medications can control your headaches.

Unrelated bump: Most likely your headaches and dizziness are due to migraine headaches, and unrelated to the bump on the back of the head.  See a neurologist.

Get evaluated.: Visual change in one eye may be a signal of optic neuritis - which can be related to ms. I think you need a thorough neurologic exam, and this may include a ct or MRI scan. Get a general check: If you have access to healthcare, it will help to see a provider to get a general check up. It appears that your problems may involve several organ systems. This kind of situation is better addressed with detailed history, physical exam and some tests. Seeing a PCP will be a good place to start.

"Right" issues: I would recommend the first clinic visit be to your doctor. She/he may be able to take full care of you. If not, the doctor would refer you to the the hearing specialist. That doctor will make sure that there are symptoms that can be well controlled.

Could be sing of inf: Is there any redness along the area of tenderness with pain. Is there a nodule or pimple in the area? This could be a sing of infection near the area of pain. it is very important to go and be seen by a physician. You need a complete examination of the area and possible imaging of the area.

: Vertigo caused or aggravated by head motions are characteristic of an inner ear disorder. Eye pains and unilateral headache may be a migraine equivalent, but I recommend an evaluation by an ophthalmologist &amp; if no glaucoma or eye pathology, then a consultation by a neurologist is indicated. The positional dizziness and headaches will be addressed.
