You may be chronically dehyrated.
Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Nausea/dizziness: Many causes possible, such as Migraines, inner ear problem, motion sickness, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, diabetes, early pregnancy, hyperventilation, etc.
My recommendation is to seek medical attention if symptoms severe or other symptoms are noted.

Are you pale?: Sounds like you don't have enough fluids in your system, as can be caused by bleeding, like, gastritis, where you may feel nauseous, dizzy after you have been bleed in stomach from taking an NSAID (non-steroidal aanti-inflammatory) maybe?  Were you taking them? Is your stool color dark? Are you having loose stools?  If so, likely gastritis.
