The effects should be temporary. If you still have trouble  after a week, check with your doctor. You may need to see a specialist (ent).

Inflammation?: Sun sensitivity in patient with Lupus is mainly in the skin but it can also be a cause of exacerbation of lupus and can produce inflammatory changes in other organs. Be careful with exposure and check with your rheumatologist to asses your level of inflammation. Best of lucks!

Labyrinthitis: There are many reasons for this but most likely you many have viral labyrinthitis which can cause acute onset of vertigo. Treatment is rest, plenty of fluids and sometimes medications like meclizine. If could also be bpv (benigh positional vertigo) in which case certain head turning exercises may help. Finally it could be something serious as a cerebellar stroke so please see your doctor.

Dizziness : Dizziness is common with dehydration, ear infections or inner ear abnormalities, pregnancy, vertigo, migraines, stress, low blood sugar etc. If the dizziness has completely resolved i would not worry, however is if still present see your doctor for an evaluation.
