just started feeling multiple pea sized lumps under skin in abdomen, some discomfort when messed with. nausea, dizziness, back pain, flushed face no fever, upper stomach discomfort all comes and goes last couple days and now constipation too. ideas?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  If you have gained weight, it may and explanation. For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.

Dizzy: It is hard to tell exactly what you have-- could be the flu or a severe head  cold.  Glaucoma can cause eye pain, but not with fever or dizziness.  Migraine headache can cause eye pain with headache, but no fever.  Call your primary doctor for an appointment today if you still feel ill.

Dizzy: This is difficult to answer but it is not normal.  Thyroid problems should be considered as well as pregnancy. I recommend seeing your doctor with these symtoms.

i took one dose of vitamin k2 (mk7) and it has caused awful side effects (heart fluttering, chest pains, headaches, dizziness and facial flushing) i took the pill four days ago and still have symptoms. how long does it take for the vitamin to leave?

: Using ordinary doses, the vitamin should be long out of your system.  Please see your doctor to address the remaining symptoms.    Seeing your doctor is preferable to urgent care, but you may also go to urgent care if usual MD is not available

There are a number: Of reasons.  Should monitor your endocrine function after this type of surgery.  May be medications as well, steroids?
