Hard to know: However, since you are not taking blood pressure medication and since there is no other information to go on; would have to consider life threatening infection with signs of sepsis (low blood pressure and dizziness in context of fever). Have to recommend visit to the ED in this circumstance.

Possible viral thing: It's possible that you've contracted a self limited viral infection. If true then, good hydration, nutrition,&amp; rest will bounce you back if it's only been going on for 4 days. On the other hand if the way you feel in general hasn't really improved I would just stop monitoring everything &amp; just get an appointment to see your doctor for a general survey, blood, urine, and let them suggest a plan.

Yes: After running, you may be dehydrated. A hot shower encourages the little blood vessels to expand, to allow heat to escape the body more easily (perspiration has a similar effect for a different reason). If your blood volume is low from dehydration, the amount of blood available to circulate to the organs (including the brain) may be low, causing dizziness. Hydrate better & take a cooler shower!

Dizziness/nausea: I doubt quitting smoking has to do with your dizziness and nausea. There should be another reason but without further history and physical exam it is impossible to determine the cause. See a local doc for that.

Ischemia: Most likely a brief reaction of the chest muscles to the excess needs during running.  Rarely you might have some ischemic condition related to your heart.  If this is persistent, even after conditioning, then you might check in with your family doctor for some simple heart tests..

Running: Not necessarily. Running causes sweating which in turn causes dehydration. This is probably the cause of the headaches and dizziness. When exercising it is important to rehydrate with water.

See a Dr.: I would not mess around with these symptoms.  Could be exercise induced asthma, something with the ears, etc.  See a dr. And get your questions answered.
