Bp has been running like 91/58 - 100/68 and when i take my temperature it reads 101.0. i have also been having dizzy spells. what could this be?

Hard to know: However, since you are not taking blood pressure medication and since there is no other information to go on; would have to consider life threatening infection with signs of sepsis (low blood pressure and dizziness in context of fever). Have to recommend visit to the ED in this circumstance.
