Yes: After running, you may be dehydrated. A hot shower encourages the little blood vessels to expand, to allow heat to escape the body more easily (perspiration has a similar effect for a different reason). If your blood volume is low from dehydration, the amount of blood available to circulate to the organs (including the brain) may be low, causing dizziness. Hydrate better & take a cooler shower!
