Head injuries: Are important to identify. Though most bumps to the head are just a transiently painful unpleasantness, sometimes a mild concussion can result. All this depends on the mechanism of injury, so clinical assessment afterward is a good idea. Even "minor" concussions can have clinically significant consequences. Dizziness from inner ear problems can also be trauma related. See an MD for evaluation ASAP

BPPV: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is one possibility. Often patients find that feels like room spins when they roll over in one direction in bed. These are brief dizziness attacks due to otoliths (stones) in ear that are out of place. It is treatable and can be treated using exercises called the Epley maneuver that you can find online and do. BPPV: Hello, it sounds like you are experiencing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is a condition where crystals within chambers of the balance portion of your inner ear. This may only last a few days and may improve with otc medication called meclizine. If the symptoms persist, see your doctor. He/she may recommend further therapy such as an eply maneuver which may cure you immediately.

Vertigo, dysequilibr: If you have a documented imbalance in your peripheral balance system (internal ear problem, or nerve to ear problem), fixing it can be complicated.  Sometimes simple problems like benign positional vertigo can happen on top of the chronic problem.  That can be addressed by practitioners who know repositioning techniques.  There are therapists who specialize in vertigo to desensitize symptoms.

Neck pain: Congenial fusion of cervical vertebrae is common and can lead to stress on adjacent segments. One of the most common variants is the Klippel-Feil Syndrome where the second and third vertebral bodies are fused.  Occipital neuralgia and dizziness are common symptoms related to this congenital variant. Physical therapy and cortisone injections can relieve the pain.

hi, i have this aching headache at the top of my scalp and the back of my head, and i feel quite dizzy, especially when i turn my head. when i walk i feel like i'm gonna fall. my hands feel a little heavy too. should i be concerned?

: These sensations aren’t normal. I would be seen in person this week for an evaluation to figure out what is going on (I.e. dehydration, anemia, vertigo, etc)

See below: There is not enough information to give much  advice -I assume that you were kicked in the head? If you are having neurological symptoms after a blow to the head - you need to see a doctor soon - and have a proper evalutaion to rule out anything serious
