See doctor: Dizziness can be an ear symptom but also can arise from the central nervous system.  Slurred speech does not occur with ear problems so I am worried about a possible stroke or seizure.  See doctor soon.

Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia, caused by metabolic overload, then metabolic over reaction. Eat too much, too fast overloads your metabolic machinery. Blood sugar rises rapidly and a huge metabolic response occurs to bring down blood sugar, often too fast and too low. The dropping blood sugars result in hypoglycemia, driving hunger and unfortunately another overeating session. Small frequent meals helps.

See ent: U need to have someone look in your ear and may need a tympanogram and nasopharyngoscopy. Smoking cessation may contribute to this but you cannot be sure.

No time: most would not have any of this ... May be a sore spot where needle went in.   Your symptoms don't sound as LP effects. Talk to your doctor.

Pinched Nerve etc.: Sounds like you sat in a position that placed pressure on the large nerve and blood vessels to the leg from your back.
Try walking it out and only siting upright and straight.

Depend : What kind of spot you have a dark one with irregular borders or a red one or white head is it itchy or painful all these question had to be answered being in Germany does not help much because there is no specific illness is skin disease that Germany is famous for concern either send a picture or see your local physician good luck
