Happens: You are likely dehydrated and relaxing after your system released lots of Epinephrine due to anxiety. Sit down or lay back a little bit and start to take on lots of fluids. Think liters, not glasses. You should be fine. Good luck.

Factors can include the # and location of extractions, how long ago it was done, how well you are healing, the pain meds you are taking, and others.  Best to consult with the dr who treated you to discuss the many possibilities and narrow them down to find the cause and a solution.

Call the dentist: Who extracted the tooth. You should be seen to rule out an infection related to the extraction. Your dentist can then advise you what to take.

Post op: You should call the dentist who extracted the tooth to have that area re-evaluated to make sure everything is healing properly and there are no other problems with adjacent teeth. This is something that cannot be done over the internet.

i had my tooth removed on 08/12/2020. i was not givin any pain meds and have not been in pain at all but have been having night sweats since. could i be having a fever at night due to the tooth extraction?

Unlikely: It may be a coincidence. Try to reduce the temperate in you bedroom. Reduce the amount of covers and try using a fan.

Fever after extracti: Low grade fever less than 100.3 not uncommon.  Higher than that i'd call your doctor.  Ext cause inflammation throughout your system.

Depends on: local findings at extraction site, degree of fever, and other symptoms.  If you have high fever, difficulty swallowing or opening your mouth, or loss of voice, you should go to ED.
